“SafeBridge is proud and honored to be partnering with Make-A-Wish to help raise new funds in order to provide incredibly deserving children with their personal wish come true. Our experiences as individuals who have met many of the children over the years have been nothing short of inspiring and encouraging, and this new partnership provides us with even further opportunities to make a difference in a child’s life and their family in way that is only possible because of this great organization. We’re thrilled to participate in a new and fresh way with an organization we already have so much respect for!”
SafeBridge is thrilled to announce a new venture with the magical wish-granting organization, Make-A-Wish® Toronto & Central Ontario!
The mission of Make-A-Wish® is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
A wish come true helps children feel stronger, more energetic, and more willing and able to battle their life-threatening medical conditions. For many of them, it marks a turning point in their fight against their illnesses. For their doctors, nurses and other health professionals, the wish experience works in concert with medicine to make their patients feel better, emotionally and physically. With the gift of a wish, you have the power to help renew a child’s strength and optimism, and to bring joy to a child and their family at a time when it’s needed most.
Beginning fall 2016, any Make-A-Wish donor who chooses to work with SafeBridge in managing their new or existing mortgages, 20% of that mortgage closing’s revenue will be donated directly to Make-A-Wish Toronto & Central Ontario. New clients will also receive a reimbursement of up to $350 for any appraisal fees once their mortgage closes.
With an average mortgage in the Greater Toronto Area of approximately $400,000, a Make-A-Wish donor will be helping to contribute an average of $800 back to Make-A-Wish which will in turn help to grant magical wishes for deserving children.
