After completing his Bachelor of Commerce at University of Guelph in 1984, Nick was lured to Toronto’s Harbourfront district and into the business world as General Manager of a highly successful restaurant where he oversaw a staff of over 100.
His passion for Finance & Real Estate eventually led in 1989 to the creation of his own Empire Mortgage Funding Corporation.
As a Mortgage Broker for the past 30 years he has prided himself in providing professional advice and guidance to his clients with a multitude of Mortgage needs, primarily throughout the GTA and extending into major Canadian cities.
A true testament to Nick’s successes are his repeat client base (and now including their children) who are seeking the exceptional care and service he has provided for the past 30 years.
Nick currently resides in a midtown Toronto neighbourhood where he has expanded his business into helping Millennials purchase their first condo or home.
