Julie Sanderson

With over 30 years of experience in banking, mortgage, and business development, I have built a career rooted in strong work ethic and a passion for helping clients. Starting as a mortgage assistant in the late 1980s, I progressed through roles including underwriter and underwriting manager at CIBC/Firstline Mortgages, where I honed my analytical skills and client focus. Transitioning into sales and business development, I managed operations for Eastern Canada at Resmor Trust before becoming a mortgage agent in 2012. I am dedicated to delivering quality results and resolving challenges in high-pressure environments. Outside of work, I actively volunteer in my community, leading flood relief efforts and advocating for essential services like food banks. I also enjoy gardening and caring for dogs.
