This is important because it translates into real cost savings for his clients. He strives to provide the best product at the lowest possible cost.
Ian received his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a minor in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. Right after university, Ian enrolled at the CFA Institute and is a CFA® charterholder. In 2003, Ian graduated from The School of Mortgage Banking through the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and earned the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) Specialist Designation. In addition, Ian is a founding member of Mortgage Professionals Canada, formerly known as CAAMP (Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals).
He actively serves on various boards of directors for non-profit organizations, including Nisbet Lodge, a long-term care facility in Toronto. He is married and is the father of two wonderful children. In his spare time, Ian enjoys running, tennis, reading, and baseball.
