Dena Kakaletris

Dena is a seasoned Mortgage Broker with 24 years experience in the financial industry. She started her career at Canada Trust as a part-time Teller while attending York University. During her 15 years with TD Canada Trust, Dena held various positions of increasing seniority. As a Senior Financial Advisor she gained knowledge in many disciplines in the banking and investment arena.

In 2004 she transitioned from the financial institution world to become a mortgage broker, believing that she could provide more personalized service to her clients. As an Associate with Dominion Lending –TRG. Dena spent the last 10 years fostering relationships with major banks, trust companies and private lenders. She prides herself in presenting expert product knowledge and strategies to her clients and delivers exceptional results. Dena takes the time to ensure her clients understand their options and provides experienced, trustworthy advice regarding their purchasing and refinancing needs.

Dena has developed many business and personal relationships in her community of Markham/Unionville through her work. Dena is an avid golfer and enjoys quality time with her two daughters: Alexia, currently in her 3rd year at Guelph University and Victoria in grade 11.
