After being in the sales sector for more than 15 years and providing outstanding after-sales and service customer satisfaction, I decided to join the mortgage industry 10 years ago with the sole focus on providing clients with care and understanding of their needs. I focus on treating clients as individuals and not just numbers. I ensure that all interactions are handled the way I would like to be treated and educate them as much as possible along the way. I am there to help clients from A to Z, making it my priority to take care of their needs and assist them with any questions or concerns they might have, especially given that the purpose of their transaction is one of the biggest financial moves in their lives.
